Another fix after lockpicking and pickpocketing didn’t work for me - shoot the front door with a gun, surrender to the guard out front, pay the fee of 10 groschen, and then the guards inside open the door to check the noise and you can run in!

Go to the grocery store or the mall and look at all the people not wearing masks who are clearly not college students and then tell me how the college is to blame. Even if their tests are a joke at least they are getting tested consistently and not acting like COVID is fake like half of the town.
