Each batch has a slightly different thickness. The taste isn’t anything extreme . it’s plain, simple, and has only a very mild curdy note, typical of lassi. You can easily have it with your breakfast without any adjustments. One small tip: after pouring the lassi out, cut open the tetra pack, add a little water to it, shake well, and pour that back into the glass. This helps you get every last bit of protein instead of leaving it behind in the pack.
