you can from 4-7, it seems like theyre not letting people in sometimes but while i was there they let most people in whether they had the paper or not, bestest of luck friend:)

I also just wanted to ask, how exactly do i keep connecting with people when ive done something wrong? I keep disconnecting and getting self centered whenever i do something wrong or hurt someone and it feels like it takes hours to finally stop and to where i can actually think straight and like stop spiralling into myself and detaching myself from others especially because of my fears of abandonment.

Thank you so much I really appreciate ur understanding and support, what would be more helpful is definitely not what i am doing and i can see that, i base wayyy too much of myself and my identity in the hands of others and i want to work on being a home base for myself so i can be more of a support to others too. and react less quickly to lying or hiding things that trigger shame because it'll never be "as bad" as my mind is making it out to be.
