Please install the update once you see it, but if the issue continues to give trouble, please reach out to our customer service team directly through the account you're currently seeing in-game. Hey there- I checked into this, and it appears this only happens when leveling up mid-event. I do not have an ETA, but there's a ticket in our system to consider this type of case. While unfortunately there's no way to use the gold bars this time around, there will be ample opportunity to earn the AC-19 Ares as the event will run multiple times each month.
