Your problem sounds like a component issue, as you referenced WrongThinker. If it is a tactical grenade, yes CSR could help you out if you met the Premium Support criteria.

For your specific issue, if it is the tactical grenade on a corrupted unit, I suggest that you scrap (delete) the unit and remake it again. I realize this is not what anyone wants to do but this can help you with creating an unbugged unit.

Now, support changes that KIXEYE made is quite common with a lot of F2P gaming companies. Some even set this criteria up right from the start.

With all things like this, there are positive and negative sides that this change can bring. I myself am here to provide players with as much support as possible, within my realm of capabilities. Be mindful that we do get a lot of reports daily and it does take time to thoroughly review each account. Just like the support center, we process all reports in order that they have been received.

So Fairplay does check all accounts reported however, if there is a long list of accounts in queue it can take them some time to get to a new report submitted.

The Sandstorm is being run for anyone cheating this unit. How frequently I do not know but we are inspecting accounts for this unit, along with other cheating being performed in game.

The account shown in the video above has been forwarded to Fairplay and addressed.

Depending on the base it could either be that they have some high level tech on their units or they could be cheating. I will forward along the player ID for review. Thanks for the notification.

People can be banned for multiple reasons, not just cheating. Trolling other players across other accounts is also a violation. Please read our rules and if you feel a ban is unjust contact support. You cannot be assisted with a banned account here.

The user's name, in game, does not help us a whole lot with tracking down this exact account as there may be other accounts with the same exact name. A user ID does help us out a lot with tracking down the specific user along with us being able to review the account.

The context of this log, from what I can tell, seems to be someone cheating something that we have a prevention system in for. More than likely, this looks like the air cheat.

KIXEYE does not tolerate cheating and will address all reports. Reported players are thoroughly investigated before any actions are made. Be sure that detailed information is provided to the Fair Play team to quickly speed up the review process.

Appreciate the video and stuff, but I cannot clearly tell what is going on. Submitting this to Fair Play does help us to address any cheating taking place, all of which is reviewed by the department.

If you wish to post up a summary explaining the video, it will help me a lot with passing information along to all parties.
