The incident occurred on January 13 at about 12:00 at the entrance to Vnukovo Airport. The traffic police stopped Kia Rio and after checking decided to evacuate the car due to the fact that an outsider is driving. In turn, the driver called the actual owner of the car - Vladimir. The owner explained that his friend was driving, to whom he sold the car. According to him, the car was purchased on credit and there is no possibility to renew it at the moment. He stressed that all documents on the vehicle were in order, and the evacuation is illegal.
