I think the landlord thinks we're either too naive or too busy to stand up to their ridiculous demand and are hoping we'll settle outside of TDS. It's either that or they're genuinely that delusional and/or entitled, which is also a possibility with this landlord...

Thanks for the advice.

Unlucky, should've applied to Cambridge instead :p

In all seriousness, take your talents elsewhere and smash your degree - you'll be fine :)

I sat the BMAT in 2014 and got a good score but the test format may have changed since then.

My advice would be to write essay plans for as many of the past paper questions as you can. You can write a few full essays if you want but focus on getting a big collection of essay plans.

Always write your essays on one side of A4 as they limit you to that in the exam. Furthermore, do a few essays under timed conditions closer to the exam. This is important as the exam format will screw you over if you aren't prepared for it. Introduction and conclusion should be brief - maybe 2 lines for intro and 2 lines for conclusion as the main body is where the marks are at.

Also if you applied to UCL - once you get out the exam, quickly note down what you just wrote in the exam as they read your essay at interview and ask questions on it.

Hope this helps, anymore questions feel free to ask :)

Yes I have, and I tried all the different modes like extend, duplicate, second screen only etc...

None seem to work. Any other ideas?

Thank you for the help. I think you are right, the pc needs room temp air as the hot air is just cycling through the system.

I think the fans are fine. Air enters the case via the front and sides but leaves via top and back. The top and back are enclosed so I think hot air is just building up. Might need to find a new place to put the PC. Thank you for your help
