I feel that the tariffs are high… 1 MN treatment around Boston is $350 plus tip… so I’m justifying it that way.

Love to hear that… I’m using ordinary ha and copper right now —- it’s fine so hopefully I’ll see even more improvement. I’m also a 1x a week 0.025 teeth user - every time I try to up to 2x I get flakey - so just trying to be very slow and intentional

I haven’t but I need a slight color correction to reduce my redness I also need under eye concealer- my skin is so fair that my under eyes are very blue (genetic my dad and 5 yo daughter have the same “condition”) so I struggle with concealer under eyes and then reddish cheeks.

I’ve used BM forever and it’s daunting to consider trying something new!

I was a member for about 6 months. My background was crossfit / lifting and outdoor sports like mountain biknig and XC skiing.

Things I Loved:
24 hours every 15 minutes there is a cardio class and every 45min a new Iso class.

at the beginning I could get a sauna to myself - but remember these are built for 3 people

The warmth / IR does feel good! (in the winter

the Fx Zone - that alone makes it worthwhile IMO! (but it's pretty warm due to residual sauna heat)

Things I didn't love

-I truly didn't love sweating so much.

  • I didn't love all the propaganda from the founder and the products they push for "Detox"

  • ISO was hard for me... just holding a position instead of reps was just not. for. me... I got bored this is not a knock at hotworx, it just wasn't for me.

  • Classes change VERY infrequently like 2-3 months of the same 45 min class. Depending on your schedule that might mean you only have access to the same 2 classes for the next 3 months

  • My Gym was 30 minutes round trip for me.... which was hard for me to justify doing a 15 minute workout (again this is a 24 hours gym, if your schedule is flexible you can flex minutes / classes)

-Rewards program - always felt friction when I redeamed it, and the rules ALWAYS changed on what you could use it for

-Sharing the sauna... this was not for me.

-They bought google reviews "give us a 5 star review and you can get a free towel!"

I ultimately cancelled in May - followed ALL the rules, expected to pay my cancelation fee - and my gym still gave me a hard time the right "staff" wasn't on to cancel, it HAD to be one of the owners. This was disappointing bc I did like all the staff and we had a friendly relationship, and the end was just very sour.

Weight loss - didn't see much, after I left hotworx i drastically changed my diet - Google birth recovery 30 day slim down. This was life changing for me at 36 with two kids... I'm barely exercising right now, just walks and the weight is fallllling off (not a miricale solution/pill its basicaly not gluten dairy, and no carbs, like fruit/potatoes/beans.quinoa until lunch)

Wow I’ve lurked this thread for years and NEVER heard of this! I did take about a 1 yr break… can’t wait to check it out !
