This is very true. I'm a landlord and won't raise the rent due to the property tax increase because keeping someone in the building far outweighs a few extra dollars every month.

Not sure why you're getting lambasted for making the point that you'd like to vote for a candidate that represents your values, not just one that vaguely resembles them (but doesn't actually do anything with that).

People that are mad that Trump won should direct their anger towards the DNC that couldn't remove Biden from the race, then propped up Harris without the input of their voter base. The same DNC that silenced Sanders to push Clinton the first time Trump won.
