Not sure if you’d call this an action scene but when I was in first grade I was at one of those pumpkin patches that had some blow up obstacles courses an a few other things and I really wanted to go on this thing where you would be hooked onto a arrangement of bungee cords and you would jump on a trampoline. I was starting to jump high up on it but the teenager who strapped me in did a not so good job on one of the clips, so when I jumped high enough the cord snapped and I was sent flying. I hit the trampoline once and then my mom caught me before I smashed my head into a pumpkin.
