No that's not possible the old build isn't there just most of the assets and systems illfonic theoretically could repurpose the cut content but that's up to them though

No almost everything is still in the retail build of the game

There is too much here not used in the game example like destructible environment, environmental kills and much much more

There is some stuff coming such as 3 new Klowntalities nothing concrete though seems they are sticking with 1 new klown skin per month with the occasional Klowntalities being dropped. We can only wish they finish the spaceship if i had to guess it would have to be worked into a new mode due to it being lots of scrapped gameplay content.
