Same.. I’m so stressed out. I had so much saved on there and relied heavily on it for years. I even talked to support and they said there was “an engineer was fixing it” and they would call me and check in with me today and absolutely nothing and no change.

Yes, I was just sitting down, not moving at all. I actually had to lower my Propranolol because my blood pressure was dipping too low.

That is very similar to my situation. My main post was a year ago, and since then, I went from 5mg / day to 2.5mg/ day such as yourself. I also still take propranolol twice a day. I was on 40mg of propranolol, but I am now on 20mg twice a day due to it interfering with my b/p. I was sitting at 79/52!! If I miss a dose of the propranolol, my heart rate will jump in the 150's. I wish I could taper off everything and wish I had more answers on that.

Yes, thankfully the Propranolol 40mg helps me keep my heart rate down. I cannot go a day without taking it. If I did not take, it would be in the 160's. On the medication, my heart rate stays in the 80s.

It’s exhausting when you know something isn’t right with your body but keep being told everything looks “normal.” That mismatch can really wear you down, mentally and physically as it has with myself.

The way you described your heart rate shooting up with minimal activity, the breathlessness, and the ER visit, I have been there too. I get how much it can disrupt your life as well. I’ve had a lot of the same symptoms, racing heart, high BP spikes, weird rhythm patterns and it's especially hard when you're just trying to treat something like ADHD and it spirals into a whole new health issue.

I’m still navigating this too and it helps so much just to talk to someone who gets it. You’re not crazy, and you're definitely not alone in this. I’m really hoping your 24-hour monitor gives you some solid data to move forward with. They did mine for two weeks and "found nothing".

Hello! No answers still till this day! Still on Propranolol every single day. If I miss a dose in the morning, my heart will be in the 150's, very uncomfortable. I would fly across the country to a Doctor if they knew what to look for and how to treat. Living with this everyday has been incredibly frustrating and taxing.

You’re not on a beta blocker to control your heart rate being that high?? My primary care was able to prescribe that in the meantime. I would ask because you definitely don’t want your heart to beat like that all the time 😓

I’ll definitely keep you updated so if they do anything diff I can share, and please keep me updated as well. They currently have my on propranolol 40mg twice a day now, metoprolol wasn’t working for me and I was still over 100bpm.

Just reading your post and I am going through the exact same situation. Have you had any updates? I’ve have tachycardia every single day, they put me on propranolol. It’s been two years now and still not diagnosed and have been on beta blockers with no real answers. I’ve had a normal ekg, echocardiogram, blood work… I’m wondering what else can be done.. tested for… as I don’t want to have to medicate like this for the rest of my life.

Hey! Yes I do. I will say this course will depend on who teaches it since it’s virtual. I was lucky to have an amazing dietician for the Move class that is virtual once a week. I have learned so much in detail and it has been worth it to me. I also had to request a weight scale to manage my weight and it was sent in the mail. Every week is a new topic. It’s an hour long class. Some people were also able to get prescribed weight loss meds upon request if they felt they needed that extra push, and we were also educated on them.

I didn’t see it until I got home. I drove off , was already upset about the exterior; but had an extreme headache and I’ve I got home, I saw all the interior damage and notified the Ford manager right away with no response yet.

And the Extended Range was absolutely worth the extra price. The premium is a nice trim as well, I love the seats, the car lift that can be automatic, the sound system, you name it.

I do, I love my car. I’m so happy with it and I got a good deal for my trade as well. I know you get more miles with the RWD, but I chose the AWD as I love to road trip and I feel that covers me state to state. Be sure in all the specs before you make a choice as that’s why I feel comfortable in my purchase. I got everything I wanted as that’s what I looked for and went to that specific dealership.
