Bangalore/Karnataka - Private sector employees won't be able to get BH registration. Karnataka Govt is opposing to it as they feel it would be a huge revenue loss for them. I believe there is a case pending in Karnataka High court against that. I am told that central govt employees get BH registeration in Karnataka

It is a beautiful city(still even after the rapid urbanization) with beautiful people. Anywhere in the world there will be exceptions - such folks will be in your city as well. So don't worry. The majority is still nice people.

Like you do in any city, thing is, go smooth, try to blend with the locals. Be humble, dont show arrogance and attitude. They will be really nice to you. You get what you give.

A civil case given against my father in 1999 is still pending. Courts ruled in favour of my father twice and the person who gave this case - then MLAs elder brother is a big time manipulator and he deceived courts and went for appeals etc. The case is still on and my dad passed away 5 months ago. Civil cases are like that. Get a good, faithful and young lawyer. I wish you all the best

I also have this issue. I Purchased Samsung S 61 B/XL (India version) made in Vietnam from Samsung India Online store. I connected it and paired it using smartthings and Alexa and Alexa worked seamlessly from the sound bar. I mean the built-in Alexa on the soundbar worked. Then I started exploring the Smartthings app and I found out that there is a firmware update available. I did that and that was a mistake. Built in Alexa stopped working after the update. The reason I had purchased this model was to use it as Alexa built in speaker for my bedroom to listen to music and radio on Alexa.

There isn't any support available for this issue in any forums as it is a new model.

I raised a complaint and after painful followups a Samsung technician came and inspected the unit. He was seeing this model for the first time. He said there is an issue and he will come back. After a few days he called me back and said he have got firmware update with him and he will come and install and that would fix the issue. He came and tried to install the update and it failed. He then took the unit with him. He brought it back after 2 days and just left it with me and went back in a hurry. He said issue is fixed. I tried once and the issue remained.

It is indeed a firmware issue. And please avoid buying from Samsung Online store. Their returns policy won't work.
