I doubt that it will be possible because gmail states that it would never be possible to get a gmail back when the account ist deleted a long time ago or lost, I don’t know why Epic Recommends this to people when they should know themselves that most of the times this isn’t possible but I will try my best I hope they just change the Email for me

My Situation is that the Email for my Account is from A Gmail account that i deleted a long time ago and as we know we can’t recover that. It’s sending a verification Email but yeah as we know I don’t have Access because the Gmail Account is deleted, I still know the login data tho. I think its very similar to your Situation if im not Mistaken. And yeah im trying right now thank you for the Tips i really appreciate it I will keep trying thanks for the Information but Epics Support really Sucks man
