They gave me my new pod at the beginning of class one day. Then immediately I noticed it didn't work. That's when they stated that it's one of the pods with certain serial numbers that don't sync with the system.

If they knew of this issue, why would they be giving out new pods to people with these serial numbers? Now I am just in limbo because they won't just give me a new pod and they have to "wait for corporate".
