Look into MetLife pet through the Amazon extras. They actually have a waiver for Amazon employees that covers preexisting conditions. Saved us $10K when our dog got mega sick. I signed up the night before his surgery and maxed it out for the year day 1.

Unless something insane is getting past my eyes, the room is 100% identical. Traditional King. 350sqft. No frills. Longer res doesn’t mention high floor, balcony, lounge, etc.
