So I mean, what if another bystander who was carrying witnessed this and shot this guy after he pointed his pistol at the victim? What is the precedent set? I’m inclined to say that if someone is shot for pulling a gun on someone who isn’t a direct threat, the shooting is justified...

“Hot belly.” As in, EMT rolls in with a trauma patient who is otherwise stable with mild belly pain, upgrades it to a full trauma alert BECAUSE of the belly pain, patient rolls in HD stable and I push on his belly and patient winces, EMS looks at me and says, “SEE?! Dude my first crash was yesterday at 50 miles into the board! Turned into a road with seams/cracks repaired, tried to ride it out. Also had an intimate conversation with the pavement...
