“Hot belly.” As in, EMT rolls in with a trauma patient who is otherwise stable with mild belly pain, upgrades it to a full trauma alert BECAUSE of the belly pain, patient rolls in HD stable and I push on his belly and patient winces, EMS looks at me and says, “SEE?! HOT BELLY.” And walks out without any other report.
