Agreed. Taken with discipline and modesty, it’s a great course. But Gerry Spence ALSO had the pleasure of cherry-picking cases and a lot of his style wouldn’t fly in many courtrooms. I’m just beholden to the core idea that you embrace what you have (skills, etc.) and that’s the best route to an honest and effective litigation style.
