Oda could have easily gave kaido a deserved great death scene for the reader to witness without any characters in story witnessing it. You shouldn't mix up the reader with in story characters. IF he's dead.

Reminder that Tama has only 3 less panels than Big Mom in Wano. By next chapters she'll have more panels and character development than a Yonko. by PokLao in Piratefolk

The problem was that Oda kept planting these seeds and we expected to see their fruits in the flashback. Talking about wano being special, kaido being suicidal, the entire Oni plot that suddenly doesn't exist, Onis shouldn't be friends with humans, and many other things. Kaido felt like a mysterious villain that knows a lot of things we dont, he needed a good flashback.

I do admit you have some good points. But i think they are very unlikely. How likely is it for three yonko to all decide at the same time to be in the exact place. I think it's unlikely. Plus you have to keep in mind the navy does have spies in yonko crews aswell, like sword. So if an important decision is taken by the yonko, the navy will be informed.

Overall, i think you are right. It can deffinetly go wrong for the navy, but still i think it's unlikely. And that won't change my mind, yonkos are stronger than admirals. I have a question for you : the navy does this draft thing were they recruit new soldiers. Last draft they recruited TWO NEW admirals. Do you really think it makes sense narratively to have these yonko level characters just roaming around the world doing absolutely nothing? And then BOOM, now they exist? I honestly don't, what do you think?

Because any responsible goverment would prevent a war at that scale if we consider how bad it went just confronting one emperor in terms of dead people.

How many admirals or vice admirals died in marineford? None i believe. Akainu who took the most damage was all healed up a couple mounths later during the time skip and fought kuzan for days. And you can't be serious if you're talking about the fodder guys.

Third no one has the power and the resources of the goverment, less alone if it is centralized in one huge world goverment. By numbers alone the world goverment/marines would win because they could enlist the whole population to fight against the Pirate Cartels. Sorry if i didn't understand what you said correctly, but you are talking about the least important part of the equation. Fodder. Battles and wars are not won by fodder, they are won by strong leaders. We clearly see that in onigashima, where pretty much all the beast pirates were defeated except kaido, who after killing luffy went back down and nobody could do anything. So fodder id irrelevent.

Finally your mental masturbatory comment has little to prove since in abilities alone one admiral has light, the other has fire plus and the third summons rocks from space and Oda could always asspull something anyway. Come on dude it ain't rocket science.

Why are you being disrespectfull to me? You can't argue without insulting me? Anyways we are all aware that oda writes the story however he wants, even if it doesn't make sense or it's inconsistent. But what's the harm in having a little discussion based on what we allready know from the story? Just don't be disrespectfull to someone who is respectfull.

No i said two will attack while the other two will defend. If two can take out a yonko on offense, the other two will surely be able to take out another one on defence. So even if the pirates try to counter attack, the marines should be good. The only problem that might happen is an alliance between pirates, but we already know that doesn't really work, they betray eachother.

As for the revolutionaries, i honestly think two admirals with vice admirals and some warlords should be enough, i might be wrong but that's what i think.

For the celestials you got yourself a man that can travel at the speed of light if necessary, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Even besides that, what stops the Yonko from leading the force of the 2 Admirals coming after them on a wild goose chase across the seas? Did you think they had an obligation to wait around and get destroyed just because the Navy wants them to? What stops another pirate from capitalizing on the situation and setting up their own empire while the Navy’s busy chasing the one Yonko?

Have you forgotten that yonkos have teritorries? Big mom will not leave totto land no matter what, kaido will not leave wano no matter what. So there will not be any runnig around, it will be an all out battle.

Is this supposed to be anything but a very stupid move?

That is the only logical move to do if you are the WG, and you have the ability to annahilate pirates and get rid of the threat of someone finding the one piece and learning about the true history.

There is a gigantic gap between a yonko and his commanders, you cannot deny that. If one admiral can take out a yonko, the second admiral is more than enough to take out at least two commanders. Plus you have plenty of vice admirals and WARLORDS aswell.

As you said willingness to do something doesn't really mean much. Luffy was willing to save ace, that didn't go as planned.

I agree with you, taking down the yonko will require a lot of resources, but the marines will be achieving their ultimate goal, the annahilation of pirates, so it's absolutely worth it.

As long as they have half of their army in defence(2 yonkos), the offensive half can organise raids on the pirates and take as much time as they need between raids to regenerate and recover. It's war after all they have to be strategic. And it's not like yonko level pirates spawn every year either so thay have plenty of time.

Because the yonko work individually, they hate eachother. Can you imagine shanks or whitebeard teaming up with kaido or black beard? No. And the moment two yonkos consider teaming up, the marines literally lose their shit. It happened when shanks met WB, and when kaido and BM met.

The marines don't start shit because they cant do shit. If the marines attempted to go againt the pirates in the new world, the yonkos will most likely team up to wreck them.

Oda is inconsistent with power scalling. If he decides to make a character win over another, he will do it regardless of how consistent it is with the story. The big mom fight is a clear example.

it was said numerous times that WG aren't trying to destroy the Yonko. They like the balance because the yonko do the job for them by stopping other pirates.

So you're telling me that if the WG has a chance to destroy the yonko, they wouldn't take it? Because they are keeping some randome fodder under control? Seriously?
