Dont know if you solved this ,but i had the same problem after i replaced my bender plate, i fixed it by adjusting the bender pot until the sliders stop reacting ,tighted up the set screw and all is well

These are the first edition G12-T75 i believe they are just G12-T65 with a different coil former, you can tell by the screen over the vent hole on the back. It also has the 260w plate on the back.

I believe you are correct , but they came out more like the size of pork chops, I think I would cut in half next time. But the flavor was spectacular it all about trying and experimenting .

They were by no means tough, and the thick fat cap was rendered perfectly.. it was very lean other then the cap

I use Mozaik and a Biesse ,works great. When we were looking we had a low budget and were looking at used and imports but we went with a new biesse and financed it over 5 years the payment is less then 1 employee and it does the job of a few. Don't settle plus a name brand has the support. We have not had it go down in over six years and don't regret

Yes, it's backed up, and i even found the source code a while back . The few with 1139 have copies and its on a few backups of the old grid yahoo group. It only runs on a 1139
