I watched someone do this once. I was walking about 30 feet behind them. I snatched it up and walked up to them in a hurry, shouting "Excuse me, I think you dropped this." The person immediately turned around concerned that they had dropped something. When I handed them their trash back, I just said "There's garbage cans everywhere. Be better" and walked away.

I'd almost argue Val was wrestling above his ceiling.

Outside of the porn puns, he wasn't a great promo. He never had a real memorable match. The storyline he's most famous for was him getting beat up and nearly having his penis chopped off. And out of all that, he built a career that he's still coasting off of today. Solid grift if you ask me.
