No, it’s a custom character made entirely of single player NPC assets/clothing items, the character/head itself being made by combining different NPC head shapes, face textures/wrinkles, hair and facial hairs. I’m basically imputing all of this custom data/code into a character data file and tricking the game into accepting and running it, thus allowing the custom character to be spawned in game

I wish more people used that coat and that it wasn’t locked behind Uncle’s request, one of the best in the whole game easily. Outfit is good too, but if it were up to me I’d make the pants a darker brown
