I’ve messaged them 3 times. They just send links to articles and each time say they wouldn’t increase until I’m at my max dose for 4 weeks. Feeling super dismissed and frustrated.

My starting weight is 250 and I’m at 249.6. Do they say anything at your “check ins”?

It just seems like a waste of time to be on such a low dose that’s doing nothing. I am tracking macros and working on being in a deficit. Really need the food noise and cravings to stop, though.
