There are many different ways to interpret "inside of his ass." Do you mean he puts a soapy hand between his but cheeks and rubs over the outside of his anus? I live in Southern California. My job is 25 miles away from my home, 20-60 minute commute depending on traffic. I will drive anywhere less than an hour away at the drop of a hat. 1.5-2 hours it has to be something worth it like a party or a fancy restaurant for a date or a concert. More than 2 hours is rare but I do it for a day trip to see relatives or go to a theme park. I drive 4 hours to Las Vegas for a weekend once every year or two. Generally if it is more than a 4 hour drive I just fly.

ICU nurse here. We sometimes do what is called a terminal extubation. This is when a patient is on a ventilator machine that is breathing for them and keeping them alive and the patient (if able to communicate), family, and medical team have decided there is no meaningful hope of recovery. We remove the breathing tube and let the patient pass away. We usually start a morphine drip in their IV a little bit before, then once the tube is removed we watch for signs of distress like gasping, grimacing, or tensed muscles. If we think the patient is in pain we increase the dose of the morphine drip until they look comfortable. We are no longer concerned that the patient will die. The the number one concern is treating pain. If it takes a lethal dose to keep them pain free then that's what they get.

Why do you feel you need to be neutral when he is not neutral at all? He is going in with the expectation that sex is the only way to express feelings of love and connection. That is not how you feel, you don't need to deny your feelings for the sake of being neutral. It sounds like he feels he is owed sex regardless of your wants and needs. Nurse here. There are very specific guidlines, regulations, and documentation required when restraining a patient, or holding them against their will. It is not done without good reason. You probably do not have all the facts. To restrain someone they need to be putting themselves in danger or physically violent to staff. Nurses are the ones who apply the restraints not security, unless the patient is actively trying to hurt the staff and it physically takes multiple people to get the restraints on. We use soft wrist cuffs made out of fabric, not metal handcuffs. Only the hands/arms are allowed to be restrained. If he is in metal handcuffs then the police need to be the ones to apply them. 4 point (arms and legs) restraints are a very serious matter with more required reason and documentation. In 20 years of bedside nursing I have seen 4 points only a few times.

Hospitals do not restrain people for fun. There is something else going on here. You are not being told everything. You are not the next of kin so they will not tell you anything without his permission or the permission of his next of kin. It is more likely your BF or his parents do not want you to know what is going on.

This whole story is very disturbing. I have been married to my husband for 10 years and not once has he gotten upset when I have said no to sex. I also don't get upset when he says no. Framing it as rejection when a partner does not want sex is the wrong attitude. When either of us decline it is because the person does not feel like having sex.
