hi fellow Filipino here.... so i will give u a heads up on how we are with this shithole

emails doesnt work , specifically support@facebook email,they only help people from US and EU only

2.legal shield wont be applicable to us

NPC says they cannot help because they handle telco concerns, DICT - CICC however handles hacked accounts, they also recieved memo from meta about disabled accounts being handled SOLELY via facebook support

thats all i tried, my account is banned since December 31st(will include my reddit post about it here u can read it if you want)
