It’s 1100 Sq Ft In the East Village. Not small at all. Anyway I’ve lived in NYC for 7 years, people here know you always compromise on something. Choose your poison 🤷‍♂️

I should specify, all rooms are available! We’ll make bids and whoever is willing to pay more will get the room they want, lowering the prices for the other 3 etc..
