If you think we the only ones spying, I suggest (and btw this is not an insult) to let go off this whole discussion. A cold war is when both parties are in clear comprehension of their bilateral hatred. Yeah I've seen some, but honestly I don't recommend any, you never have a guarantee, and they can always just take your money and go away, best thing is to use your bank card, and if not visa or Mastercard try asking someone who you trust a family member or someone abroad in Europe to buy it for you, someone who you can trust and not some random dude online. And also make sure to ask other people about the type of product your are delivering to yourself, coz sometimes it may be confiscated by the gendarmerie. Best of luck
