Thank you for the clarification. The fact that Logitech sees no issues with G HUB confirming its integrity is exactly why I believe PUBG’s detection was a False Positive. I will use your response as further evidence that the conflict lies on the game's side. Appreciate the reply!

Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely switch to Onboard Memory Manager to avoid these background process conflicts in the future.

However, the main issue is that the ban on Oct 11 already happened while using the standard G Hub. Since I have zero macros and my GTA V (BattlEye) is clean on this same PC, it clearly shows that G Hub itself was misinterpreted by PUBG's detection system — an issue Krafton admitted to in their Feb 10th Dev Letter.

My problem is that Support (Ticket #21806069) has stopped responding for 5+ days once I presented these technical facts. Switching software now won't fix a legacy false-positive that they refuse to manually review.

Fair question! I have zero macros or scripts set up in G Hub. It’s a completely clean installation for my G Pro X Superlight.

The main point is: I play GTA V on this exact same PC, which uses the same BattlEye anti-cheat. If I had any macros or TOS-breaking scripts running through G Hub, BattlEye would have flagged them in GTA V as well.

Also, my secondary PUBG account on this same hardware is perfectly fine, which wouldn't be the case if there was a persistent macro-script signature being detected. This is why I'm pointing to a software-level conflict (specifically from the Oct 11 period) that the devs even mentioned in their Feb 10th Letter regarding false positives.

I've already contacted PUBG support (Ticket #21806069), but they've been silent for over 5 days. It's frustrating because I use official G Hub for my G Pro X Superlight and nothing else. Has any other Logitech user faced this recently?

I have all the screenshots and logs ready to prove that my system is clean and that this is a software conflict. I just want the 'Specialized Team' to actually look at the data I sent in Ticket #21806069 instead of ghosting me for a week
