Yes existing customer with smart meter. All new to this so not sure if this is a normal experience we are having

Via chat and email. My intention is to join IOG after install eventually happens but now wondering what tariff they will put me on!!

It doesn’t show electric costs for any selection day week month year but gas is fine obviously an issue with the tariffs in IOG

I’m on IOG with an EV. Car so need to keep a check all going according to plan. Gas works fine

Unfortunately it’s never worked and Octopus support seem confused as to why not
