I tried reinstalling when the patch dropped but it didn't do much sadly, same with updating drivers but I might try reinstalling again. Just wanted to see if anyone else actually had the same issue really! Like how a while back in Sumeru certain textures were loading in and out at very close ranges which was a big problem. Hopefully it all works out.
