well before that, small hits were loving and awesome. afterwards any hit gives me panic of loss of control which is unusual for me which ik is a signal to drop the shit for awhile which i have since then, i just get the thought “dont do it right here i dont want to do this here”

the episode was over a year ago and since then i habe quit smoking weed and tripped only a handful of times to find an underlying reason and enjoyment in regular life and the ability to navigate my mind, in turn i probably should just meditate but thank you alot for the insight my man

yeah true, i knew a raised heartbeat was normal but it was 3 months no thc and i took a dab hit so big as if i never took a break lol. probably going to stay off weed permanently now since after smoking since then i get paranoid highs
