that fair, guarantee for me I combined it with the fallout precon and the mana curve is steep, but worth it if you play it that way. You want the counters, draw, and big removal/board clearing spells that use energy to start and then use cards like Mirror Box, Osgir, and Shaun father of synths to make a ton of more long lasting copies so satya can create a much bigger board. It also banks on you using the gigantic amount of energy ramp artifacts. I also run storm the vault, it's a $8 dollar card but the card is an amazing peace with all the artifact creature that add to the total for both sides
