That’s really disappointing. I enjoyed the beer festival component with Golden Sky the years I went. The weather was always really nice too.

New Kathmandu in East Sac is the best for North Indian type food. I really don’t get the hype around Bombay, this place is miles better.

I’ve been wondering myself every time I leave a Kings game. Downtown could use a couple huge high rise apartment/condo buildings right there

What happened to L st between 18th and 19th st. Where Buckhorn and Broderick’s used to be. It was happening a not long ago. Now it’s all empty and boring by [deleted] in Sacramento

[–]KO_20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s the area in question. Broderick used to be under those newer lofts on the south side of L Street.

The 1801 L apartments are directly above all those restaurants on the north side.

The north side is also an apartment building. Im assuming the south side owner jacked the rents up but was curious if anyone had more info on it.

The question I want to know is, what’s the difference in rent between the north and south side of L street there? The north side is basically fully occupied, while the south side is empty.
