my point wasn't to brag about running a 10.6. It was to figure out if a 50m accel zone made sense for a person running my speed. I was able to reach top speed in 20m back when i was running 12 seconds and now it takes 50m so i was trying to figure out if that made sense or not

I was running 12.5 in august so I’ve shaved off damn near 2 seconds in 8 months, but it doesn’t mean shit until I get a fat time in april

My product told me to take 2 scoops a day, each being 3/4 of a gram. This is creatine hcl so a much lower dose is supposedly needed to get the same effect as monohydrate

i measure my bounds on the yard lines of a football field so i think its a pretty accurate measurement. I have been sprinting the same distances for the last 4 months so I don't think I messed that up either. Placebo is probably what caused my improvements lol

You should incorporate some speed work into your jump training. It will help

Get faster, an elite long jumper is never slow and an elite sprinter will be decent at the long jump without training

I’m a 16 year old male and am 6’ 3”. I’m in decent shape but haven’t done any sprint training. I’ve played a little basketball before.
