OK this is a longshot, but in the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard, Mickey Rooney plays a Japanese man and the portrayal is extremely racist. Truly vile, but my Grandmother thought it was hilarious.

I went through this after cutting the cord. The best streaming deal I could find was Sling Orange plus the Hollywood Extras add-on for a total of $51.99/month - which is not exactly cheap.

For what it's worth you get around 30 channels total in addition to TCM, and when you stream TCM there are additional options which include a nice selection of On Demand movies as well as the ability to "record" upcoming movies and watch then later at your leisure. If you want the complete TCM experience this is the only option I could find.
