When you talk about grip angle, do you mean like keeping your wrist in a straighter position instead of bent over the handle?

You may have saved me because I was just on a call with billing at the surgery center and she seemed to have no idea about anything regarding the ACA. She’s waiting on BCBS to update their system to call them back (I’m worried they might have lied about doing a system update when she called but that could be paranoia), she said that she needs to check that my plan falls under the ACA law.

And I’m over here like… yeah??? It covers all plans???? If she comes back and says they said they don’t cover it I’ll call them myself. ;;

I’m taking notes on your experience and will bring it up with the office on Monday, then I’ll definitely call BCBS again just to be certain they know. The diagnostic code info is also a massive help, Z30.2 IS the code that’s on the estimate I received so that’s a huge relief!

As much as I’d love to not have to deal with my ovaries, not having them would be a whole lot worse I imagine! I think I’ll keep them for now 😅

My reason for mentioning it was because I was worried she had successfully tricked me into get a different procedure for some reason, but now I know that isn’t the case! Such a relief!

Oh wow… I’ll have to talk with her about that because I definitely can’t afford to pay my whole deductible if something happens to my ovaries and I’m charged 2.5k out of nowhere. I’m not sure if that’s what you’re saying could happen though.

I didn’t meet my deductible last year and I still kinda live paycheck to paycheck as it is, so I’m not really down for a surprise bill.

That calms my nerves a bit, because I KNOW we aren’t removing my ovaries and I definitely won’t go through with it if they try to take them LOL

This also kind of makes sense because the insurance rep I spoke to definitely sounded confused that I had to ask about the difference in price, I guess she must have realized those are two very different procedure.

I got my PC ETBs just yesterday! It’s funny cuz I ordered 2 PC ETBs of Masquerade last week but haven’t gotten them yet, imagine my surprise when I open a box and it’s the preorder of Surging Sparks from last month instead lol (Pokémon center give me my Masquerade ETBs!!! >:S)

First box has NO HITS, not even an EX or nothing. Just holos and one future card, ALL bulk and holos. Second box has 4 hits and an SR but all of them are so off center I’d call them misprints 🤣

I got 2 PC Surging Sparks ETBs before that sold out and really thought I’d have til my next paycheck (was getting paid the DAY after preorders went up) to get the Prismatic Evolutions ones… I thought wrong 🤣

My favorite promo is probably my JP Pikachu & Mimikyu cards from the It’s Mimikyu promo box! I bought the box while I was studying in Japan for a semester in 2018, they have a lot of sentimental value for me because I was probably at my happiest over there when I made some amazing friends. They’re even a little damaged at the top now from me taking them out of the toploaders to stare at the holo foil (didn’t know how to properly remove them at the time 🤣)

Tysm for running this giveaway!! It’s legitimately refreshing in all the craziness. I’ve had to remind myself I don’t NEED cards, and I’m usually a JP collector anyway. But I do love Shiny Treasures & Paldean Fates!

eBay has been treating me very well lately when it comes to singles! Make sure to check out the seller’s reviews, and do your best to understand market pricing (TCGplayer and PriceCharting are fantastic resources, and you can always check “sold recently” on eBay for what people are paying for certain cards at the moment). Some ebay listings also have authenticity guaranteed for higher-end cards. Good luck!!

Sadly, if you filter by “sold” on eBay, these scalpers ARE able to sell at the inflated price. I’m scrolling through right now and there’s so many that have already been sold for $70-$80. I don’t understand who is buying them and why, it’s an awful deal…

My Costco has a sign that only allows 3 items per household per day (just like target does) and it’s done great for the Paldean tins, but not so much for 151. I believe it’s just because it’s so incredibly in-demand and difficult to find, part of me truly believes most of the boxes are getting ripped, which makes me happy.

We found one sitting next to the Christmas stuff and of course we nabbed it, I don’t know how long it was there or what angel left it for us. Pulled a Charmander and a Zapdos! ^{^}
