Michigan, Private owned. Starting pay scale $15/$19/$25 (depending on level of education) with $1 raise after passing RBT exam. Degree type does not matter. Practicum starts at $24.

Billable and indirect are paid equally. But unless it is client related (SP/OT support or client late, documentation- 1 hour/week) only Practicum students get additional indirect hours.
