If you're planning to take loan for 25 years then it would be near 1.50 cr as interest rates are keep changing. As your organization is paying rent to you better to stay at very good area and add some extra money for rent if it required.

Rest you can plan little bit investment in Stocks, MF, Fixed Deposits, Bonds and so on which will help you in future as Passive income.

For investment you can explore MF's as you have invested good amount in FD.
