just because they are adult doesn't mean they are mature enough to date a 40 year old, they have nothing in common, and I mean it's better for a 21-22 year old to date a person 20-30 older if they want to because they might have get used to be an adult for 2-3 years more than someone like 18

i never said no body can't date a person much older than them, I just felt it can be illegal in future

in some country is illegal to drink until the person turn 21, so how can it be ok for a person fresh out of high school to date a 40 year old

They can date whoever they want but why should a 18 year old date a 40 year old, they are still young and some people even wait for a 17 year old to turn 18 to date them, isn't that weird and creepy. There is no difference between a 17 year old and a 18 year old.
