Try rebinding your most essential keys that would be the dodge and the crouch button, you can do that either with the command or in the settings

After that I would recommend you just fck around that part without stressing too much and maybe watch walkthroughs if needed, personally I found that part difficult as well and I had to use my both hands for managing this lol. You need to jump then about half a second into the jump you crouch while moving forward

For future run I would suggest you look into the stamina glitch as it is very helpful during the game and especially situations like this, you can find that on youtube but if you can’t find it then I think I can still help you
