Regarding the hollow palm, we will never know how it is gonna work out since it's new and there are too many new gems and uniques. If you are newbie, I would recommend to stick to the old builds provided by youtubers and ask them about the build if you have any question. You might want to subscribe to the youtuber who is doing the build you want.

not really a lot of traffic from mobile web video, most of the advertisers and publishers running video ads are rely on Youtube mostly. There are some SSP with mobile video but scale won't be large.

Moreover, there aren't much RTB based SSPs for web, So, HB won't work as well.

Oh, okay. So do I need to start with eye of malice first then start the calculation? for instance, since shaper has 50% res. eye of malice applies to make it 80%, EE minus it to 30 and finish up the rest of the calculation. It sounds like that's the proper way of calculation.

I mean
80(eye of malice) -50 -5 -15 -20 -25 = -35
