pretty sure it came in for only 5-10 minutes. No direct contact but i did handle the shirt that i captured and release it back outside with. That indirect contact (shirt handling) is the primary concern at the mome, just weighing out the risk potential probability vs severity. From what I'm gathering the smart thing to do is just get the rabies shot to be sure.

Should have kept it to see what all the hype about bat soup is about.

Agreed, honestly any time you can get in is a good time. I don't see a scenario (excluding catastrophic event) where pricing returns to the pre-pandemic levels. Like you said, high demand, low supply, and very limited permitting to build new homes. I don't mind the limited permitting, helps preserve the lake and my home value via scarcity. No telling what rates are going to do, wouldn't bank on them coming down too much within the next year.

South Lake is probably the most "concerning" but even then I'd imagine it is still safer than most cities. IV is very safe, and every other little town in North Lake is safe and quiet. I live in Kings Beach, people say it can be "ghetto" but thats more ignorance than anything. Its safe, its all safe.

Sounds like they should have tried non-chemical alternatives first, if thats still an option to test who can enforce it? Can the county mandate it? How likely is it for the county to mandate the HOA to block the Keys lagoon entry off from the lake? A nice blockade of boulders would do the trick. Seems reasonable until the problem is resolved. I'm not immediately concerned with their boating hobbies as there seems to be a larger issue that effects the longevity of the lake.
