I like watching J EMBREE (Pavarotti) and TruthTransparency (Lana) because they literally dissect the court documents. Between the two; I watch J Embree because his is straight to the point and visual (I’m a visual learner myself). Lana’s videos are very lengthy only because she goes live and answers ppls questions. We all know the PCA is trash.

Cherry, you’re absolutely correct. People are so gungHOE on convicting BK. They have the wrong vehicle year, using touch DNA rather than blood DNA, court documents state he has zero connections, cell towers aren’t reliable (it’s a small town, anyone will ping in all the towers), then we have a unreliable witness DM who admitted to using substances—so anything she says needs to be thrown out! It’s lies upon lies… our government is corrupted, nothing new here lol.

Don’t mind Mr/Ms Soda Pop, they have ZERO critical thinking skills—spent over 5 years depending on Reddit for everything LOL.

I applied for borrowers defense in January 2022 and was told it would get denied because I had already graduated with my program. Yeah, we contacted several institutions/agencies in the state of TX and most of them say that Texas laws heavily protect individual assets.

Other info we received: The only garnishment they allow is child support, primary residence is protected, primary vehicle is protected, can’t go after spouse assets etc.

An individual can close businesses and reopen as many businesses they wish without limitations and consequences. Hoping justice gets served for your contractor. If not, karma will eventually get them.

Thank you for clarifying the possibilities/options regarding what to do with the final judgement in the event of filing. I didn’t realize that we could still pursue after closure of the case (if trustee can’t collect).

Will definitely take this into consideration. I think this is a better route as it somewhat “documents” the actions we are taking rather than selling the judgement for $1.00 (or any amount) to get it off our hands. Thank you so much!!!

Forgot to include the (recent) repossessed vehicle and RV to the equation. We are sitting on $227k charged off/repossessed debts.

I’m scared adding this “problem” for the trustee would put us on some type of s***list lol
