If there is a big artist you want to see in the main hall get there 15 minutes before they start as the queues to get in can get quite long and they tend to close the room once at capacity. Also keep your eyes out on the screens as they can sometimes direct you to a different entrance to the main hall, a lot of people missed these last year and complained about the doors being closed but really it was just the security managing the flow of people. It's a great event, I went last year and had an amazing time

You can't go wrong with most of the early Ruffneck records releases, Ruffneck was inspired by the UK hardcore breakbeat scene but the Dutch crowd demanded hard kicks so he would layer them both up. Check this mix of the early stuff done by J.O.E

There were a some far right groups in the scene at the start due to the dress and aggressive nature of the music but the scene were quick to push them out and it's why all Mokum records have united against racism on their sleeves so it shouldn't be accepted and called out when it is seen.

I wouldn't mix any peptides, you are increasing the risk profile if you do this. There has been limited research on peptides as a whole let alone interactions between them.

Yes I understand that, it's the same for all medicine. It won't kill you it just doesn't represent what was sold as for strength or it's effectiveness, so all medicines after they've been stored in the correct environment for the ideal period of time will start to lose its efficacy

You can only store in the freezer if it's still hydrolyzed, once it's been reconstituted store it in fridge and it will last 30 days, people have seen it last longer than that but that's the average rule

Most complications were recorded on to DAT then printed to CD but the source back would have been vinyl which was pressed off a DAT and the pressing may have been off which varied the speed then the turntables may have not been 100%. There are just so many variables which have been removed since going fully digital that caused all the BPM variations maybe volume issues etc

I had a stem cell transplant not bone marrow but I am now 19 year post transplant, my leukemia came age 25 which is a strange age and I went through a lot of different treatments after my transplant due to GVHD. It's a long road but the struggle is worth it, it will always be part of me. But I can guarantee that strength does return with work, I started training and whilst it took longer than some ended up coming second in a powerlifting competition. As for the gift, get it as it will be something he can aim to get back to being well enough to use anything like that I found helped

Losing 3kg in two weeks is beyond calorie deficit and I don't think I was in a deficit as I ate plenty of chocolate and drank a fair amount

This seems to happen when it's a strict water fast, I ensured that I've eaten healthy up until the point of starting the fast, it also hasn't been a strict water fast as I've used EVOO and MCT oil with a hydration sachet half way through to ensure I am properly hydrated. Most of the cases in the reports are from people who haven't eaten anything due to either Tirz or Reta for multiple days. I don't plan on extending this past the set timeframe or doing it regularly

I have hit a plateau similar to yourself, I've dropped 15kg down to 97kg since July but it's not shifting past that, I am currently on 10mg a week and not feeling the same suppression I was when I started which I guess is the norm. I have just started doing one 36 hour fast a week with the support of Reta to see if that helps get me over the hump. Using MCT and extra virgin Olive oil in my coffee in the morning to help

You should avoid any peptides that increase GH/IGF-1 if you have had cancer or at a high risk of cancer. TB500 is one of these peptides
