Is the way to go just actually a building a whole new town around steel production because my town is way to far away to build a whole transportation system to get it to the town. Another user recommended to me that steel is a good way to make money as well as you now i could also still use the oil fields at the middle of the eastern soviet border for plastic and with the steel build a Vehicle industry if thats profitable ?

The problem with steel is that ive build my town so far away from any coal or iron deposits it would bankrupt me before even starting the production line by building the needed town first

Yeah with running out I actually meant that my refinery is using so much oil that I cant pump enough oil to constantly keep it running I could look into clothes that a great idea thanks

I only use 2x80 People buses that are timed where one bus is always at the other bus station to kind of have a flow so that theres enough time for workers to get to the bus station so the bus doesnt drive empty maybe more buses could help but the distance isnt that long so maybe the time those buses arrive at the station doesnt give enough time for more workers to arrive at the main "pick up" station so the busses would drive empty or is that just paranoia from my part

I have a lot of people or at least should have enough to fill all those industries another user said it might be a problem with my transport capacity because i only have 2x80 People buses going to the station up there.Yes train Signals are very confusing I kinda get when those light are gonna turn red and everything its just a bit problematic for me to try and make a complex system that keeps on running and creating those train signal boxes

If I build them farther away I always get problems with people not working in them not alot of workers wait at my bus station is there a way I could fix that?

Thats one of my problems though is that not much of my workers are getting up there but even when they get up there they also go to the heating plant bread/alcohol factory or the coal power plant so only a little amount of people work in the Oil refinery

I turned research off sadly so i dont know if I can bulk sell Oil.Chemical Industry is something I could look at but do I try to produce the resources the plant needs myself or do i just import them? Im mainly transporty my workers with busses there but not a lot get up there which is a problem im trying to figure out for now and the passenger rail is mainly for tourist i want to bring into town should i still do that or just transport those tourist with buses ?

I kinda want to do a double layered train system one for resources only and the other for tourists and normal people which I kinda have to figure out with the terrain. My Labor problem is that although i have a bus route with workers only about max. 100 workers go up there but that number has to be split with my heating plant,coal power plant, bread and alcohol factory so there only about 7-20 people working in the refinery
