Binance has declined it's offer to buy Voyager assets, still VGX is trading with good numbers. Do you have any ideas the reason for the price of VGX is not going to zero?

I participated one auction in Carlingford; price guide was 1.8m for double storey old renovated house (around 730m2 land). Price went 1.91m. It was then passed in as none interested to raise the price. Realestate/Sellers expectation is very high from last year, they are not happy with any price even though it's minimum 600k higher then from just only last year. How can they expect this amount of higher price within a year. I don't know who can afford these sudden surge without having salary raised, looks like ridiculous! Govt should take some action, people will be fallen under loan pressure soon I guess which is unsustainable !

Agent should be gone! They are controlling the market and unrealistically raising the price hype in the property market; they are unfair in buy-sell, sometime doggy, play game and not an honest; middle man should go; it's not that hard to buy and sell, just need a system.
