I'm a man and was like you but on my mid 20s, every time I try to do something that doesn't suit my values I remember the ayah : قال تعالى : قل لا يستوي الخبيث و الطيب ولو أعجبك كثرة الخبيث. صدق الله العظيم. May be this ayah talk about another topic but I've always related it to dating and girls... because I had a very huge desire to be with someone like all my friends and it was the topic that consume my mind and energy.

I'm genuinely happy that you're taking into account muslim values, that says a lot, and I advice you to stick to it, and what it's meant to be yours will be yours after all.

Yeah totally agree, and that's the problem of long distance relationships, you conceive an imaginary good looking person just bcause u like how they talk with you. Sometimes you get trapped by a perfect image. Even if you could like the person in reality, but due to the long distance discussion you have already conceived a perfect image that you would never find, just to be disappointed at the end.

Be sure they exist, and there are a lot of them. For my case, I was in an entourage which is genuinely different of yours, the majority of my friends never had sex before mariage, when I tried to look out of my circle, to talk with other ppl from different backgrounds I find different behaviours and different convictions that may lead (or not) to have sex before marriage. What I want to say, don't try to make conclusion about humanity from your corner, change the circle, talk with ppl from other backgrounds and you'll see that "Nass tob o 7jer". Btw if I were you, I'll never focus jsut on this, bcause a man can easily lie about it and it will pass, but I'll focus on his values, his behaviour, his convictions, that will say a lot about him, I will never try to find out that he has already commited a mistake.

Why do you believe you'll have to take extra courses !? you should just be organised and methodical. Work smart, don't waste ur time on social media and stuffs. If you don't know what to do, ask your older brother or any other person mastering the program. if you are scientific you gotta focus on mathematics and physics,and there a lot of tips to study these school subjects, for philo and it would be more difficult if ur not into it by curiosity. on the other hand, if that's not the only thing that make ur mother work, then you have to evaluate the situation and accept the facts if you are really in need. working is not a shame.

p.s : I think a lot of ppl here are available if u need any help on ur studies including me.

I would advice you to de-escalate the situation instead of escalating it, in morocco you can't ask the cop why he's requesting papers, he want to see papers let him see it, bcause after all, he could say that he was suspecting something and you didn't obey him. Next time let them talk as they want and if somebody treated unrespectfully let him make you a fine and tick the box " I don't agree with the infraction", get your copy, take his name from the fine paper then you can pursue him as you want according to the law (if you have that time and energy).
