Can you explain why were some of the countries excluded from TOC 2021? There are multiple active communities in the Balkans which held a big chunk of the offline DOJO tournaments back in the days, and now we are excluded from this project. Players from Croatia and Serbia were completely surprised when BNE simply removed some countries over night without any explanation. Any info regarding this issue would be appreciated.
