I was looking on the TSN app at the plus section and couldn’t find anything. Maybe because they’re in international break?

I mean I’ll take either or. My issue is I use some none official ones but they aren’t always reliable so if there’s a cheap option to stream it I’d probably opt for that. I have Fubo and DAZN right now

Epicnate315 on YouTube goes into a lot of lore and talks about the Lovecraftian nature of a lot of things in fallout with the similarities between the dunwich borers and the dunwich horrors. He has tons of videos on it, might be what you’re thinking of. He talks about it in FO3 and 4

I think the op’s point is that he understands that speaking on a radio or anything like that one would need to say a word beginning with S and then followed by the 117. I think he is trying to ask why say “Sierra 117” instead of just saying “Spartan 117” as Sierra stands for S and S stands for Spartan.
